Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Registration is free and there is no obligation to enroll in a course.
Is the info session the same each time?
Yes. Within each track, the same session runs on four Saturdays at different times, so you can pick the one that fits your schedule. You only need to attend one.
Will there be a replay?
No. Sessions are live only, so join on the day.
What happens after the session?
You will receive an email on how to apply. We ask you to apply within 72 hours of the session you attended.
What is the refund policy?
You can request a full refund at any time within the first 30 hours of class, which is 15 days of two-hour classes.
Will you try to sell me a course?
The last part of the hour gives a short overview of the course so you know what it involves. There is no obligation to enroll.
What do I need to join?
A phone or computer with an internet connection and Zoom. No preparation is needed.
Is the course live or self-paced?
Every class is live. You learn hands-on, in real time, in a virtual classroom, with your questions answered as you go. It is not a self-paced video course.
Are the info sessions part of the course?
No. They are free and separate from the 8-week courses. The Forward Deployed Engineer course starts on Sunday, November 1, 2026 and the AI Engineer course starts on Sunday, November 29, 2026.
