These Terms of Use govern your use of the AI FDE School website (the "Site"), operated by ("AI FDE School," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we offer

AI FDE School provides non-credit, skills-based online training in forward deployed engineering. The Site provides information about our programs and lets you join an interest list. Program details, dates and prices are published on the Site or on the enrollment page for each program before you pay.

2. Not a degree, credit or accreditation

Our programs are not degree programs. AI FDE School is not an accredited college or university and does not award academic degrees or academic credit. Any certificate we issue is a certificate of completion only.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not offer job placement. We do not guarantee that you will obtain employment, a promotion, a particular salary, or any other result from our content or programs. Market statistics on the Site describe demand for a role and are not a prediction of any individual's results.

4. Enrollment, payments and refunds

No payment is collected through this Site unless a program's enrollment page says so. Enrollment in a program is subject to that program's enrollment terms and our Refund Policy. If you buy through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's terms and refund policy also apply to your purchase.

5. Interest list and communications

If you join the interest list, you agree that we may email you about AI FDE School programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, graphics, logo and course materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site and use program materials for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly post them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

8. Third-party links and names

The Site may link to third-party websites, including sources for market data. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. "Forward Deployed Engineer" is a job title used by many employers. AI FDE School is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any employer or platform named or linked on the Site.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI FDE School and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of , without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Eligibility

The Site and our programs are directed to adults in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a program.
