This Privacy Policy explains how ("AI FDE School," "we," "us") handles information when you use this website. The Site is directed to adults in the United States.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. If you join the interest list, register for a free info session or contact us, we collect your name and email address. Depending on the form, we also collect an optional phone number and an optional link to your LinkedIn profile, the session or sessions you choose, your optional answers to a few quick questions (your role, how comfortable you are with coding, and when you might start), whether you are signing up as an individual or a team, which course interests you, and any message you choose to write. We store these details in our own registration system on our server. We call or text a phone number you give us only if you tick the separate box saying that is OK; otherwise we use it for nothing and contact you by email. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you can ask us to remove your phone number or LinkedIn link at any time. We use a LinkedIn link only to understand your background so that we can help you choose the right course.
  • Technical information. Our web host may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and reliability.

This Site does not currently use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts. If that changes, we will update this Policy first.

2. How we use information

  • To email you about program details, dates, pricing and updates you asked to receive.
  • To respond to questions and team inquiries.
  • To keep the Site secure and working properly.
  • To meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and send email (for example our web host, email service and the video meeting service we use to host live sessions), who may use it only to provide services to us, and where required by law.

4. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in them or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests as required.

5. Retention

We keep interest-list information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Our programs are for adults aged 18 and over.
